Beautiful 6-Month-Old Female Scarlet Macaw Parrot for Sale – Healthy, Tame, and Talkative

We are sadly looking to rehome our beautiful female Scarlet Macaw Parrot due to personal reasons. This decision hasn’t been easy, as she’s been part of our family since she was just two weeks old. She is now six months old, full of color, personality, and character, and is ready to bring joy and laughter to her new forever home.

Our Scarlet Macaw is healthy, tame, affectionate, and loves attention. She’s been hand-fed from a very young age, so she’s well-socialized and used to being around people. She enjoys interacting, talking, and playing, making her the perfect parrot for an experienced owner or a loving household that can dedicate time and care to her.

Her Personality and Temperament

This young Scarlet Macaw has an energetic, loving, and cheeky personality. She’s naturally curious and loves to explore her surroundings, play with her toys, and engage in conversation. She’s talkative, loves to mimic words and sounds, and even has a few funny phrases in her vocabulary!
However, it’s important to mention that she does occasionally say a couple of swear words — she picked them up innocently and uses them playfully. So, if that might bother you, she may not be the perfect fit. For those who don’t mind her cheeky charm, she’s a truly entertaining and clever bird to have around.

She loves being around people, thrives on attention, and enjoys company. When she feels comfortable, she’ll perch on your shoulder, nibble gently on your hair, and whistle or chatter to get your attention. Like most macaws, she can be vocal — especially when she’s happy or wants interaction — so she’ll need an owner who understands parrot behavior and can provide mental stimulation and daily companionship.
